  • Modern masculinity can feel like a set of impossible expectations. On top of that, us men are expected to hold it all together and not show any sign of “weakness,” even though being vulnerable actually takes more strength than avoidance.

    I know that therapy for men can have additional barriers because we are not used to the type of talk and work that therapy involves.

I work with youth to build a foundation of self-confidence, helping them manage anxiety and communicate more effectively with their families and peers. I offer them space to simply be themselves as they explore and learn about their identity.
